It looks like you are doing updates. Perhaps you are upgrading your databases to something more efficient or perhaps you are just tinkering.

It would be appreciated if you could do it in your own time because the system maintenance appears to be making the site slow down and inefficient

I would like it to be noted that myself and other board members are extremely busy, important people and we don't have time for things that slow us down. We already have to deal with Faceook.

So, pretty please with a cherry on top, stop what you are doing and wait until we have all gone to bed.
