Here's an idea... 'Loot Boxes' within porn sites....
 

So basically, within your members area, you have a chance for them to buy a 'loot box' which pertains to the scene they are watching... If they purchase, and are the lucky winner, they win the vibrater that was used in the scene, or the panties the model was wearing, or something else along these lines...

Naturally, there are not really any actual winners, but a few stooges who 'Win' and then rave about it, saying that it was the best extra $25.00 they ever spent etc for such a fantastic momento of their favourite porn scene...

People love to gamble and they love to masterbate, so combine the two and your on a winner !!!

Gamification of this kind of consumed media, has not worked, and many have tried. It's why you don't see lootboxes on hulu or netflix either (bandersnatch doesn't count).

Excluding precedence, your idea is also logistically difficult for most pornsites. You would have to build out a system/methodology to track the items and present them as potential prizes, ship it, and note it. To become economically viable, it would need to engage 50% or more of the users and nearly double average customer lifetime value for an average site.

At madcheddar, we once tried giving free/discounted memberships for friend referrals as a simple gamification-growthhack. Thousands of members targeted yield next to no referrals.

loving the idea, apart from actually having real winners. I´m always asked for toys and panties from films, sometimes, selling them on...
