Mainstream subscription "monthly box" site
 

I run a small subscription website that sends a new pair of sandals or flip flops to members every month. It's an easy to run business, but it's not one I enjoy and I need to pay off some debts so I'm offering it for sale.

The membership fluctuates, but revenue right now is around $100/month with minimal or no marketing. Revenue has been as high as $500/month with some basic Facebook marketing. The site has been in operation since 2013, and I can provide all records dating back to then.

Included with the sale are:
- Website and all digital assets
- Business checking account with Small Business Bank
- Business Paypal account
- All current/active members
- All past membership records (useful for remarketing)
- Relationships with service providers, suppliers, etc.
- Web hosting (you can leave the site on my server or I can help you move it to your own)
- Domain name
- All brand equity and IP
- Any remaining inventory
- Coaching on how to run the system and operate the business

We typically pick up most of our members in November and December, as a subscription makes a GREAT holiday gift. This is a perfect time to ramp up the marketing for this business and generate a great return on investment.

Runs on Joomla with OSE Membership and Paypal integration; I've considered adding Stripe to replace Paypal.

As an update, new members continue to come in, with the newest one joining just a few hours ago. These are completely organic members; I haven't done any marketing because I don't enjoy the site. This really is prime time to pick the site up and run with it... with some minimal marketing this time of year, it could really produce a lot of revenue.
