And on the other end of this argument - when we didn't have captcha on the upload page on our tube script, everyone was complaining there were getting a shitton of worthless uploads unrelated to their sites that they had to delete every day

In any other industry ALL would be charged with posession and a re sale of stolen property. Only in the internet business ( not just porn) these thieves are called " freedom fighters"....All, and the bigger they are, the bigger thieves they are... Starting with Youtube.

we have DMCA'd Youtube many times....and it is allways an uphill battle....They are the worse.

I'm not saying there isn't stolen content on the tube sites. As celandina mentioned, it happens in mainstream (on YouTube) as well. The adult tube sites and YouTube have DMCA forms to claim your IP. It's just modern reality. I have to deal with piracy of my software as well.
