They have decline my application :1orglaugh and ask a passport. I guess is a language barrier issue or misunderstanding but i have give up.

I use now EPAYMENTS :thumbsup, It was a pain the the butt the process to be approved but worth the wait.

Cost me $3 to withdraw + SOMETIMES some fees from my bank $10 - $15 CAD.

Take Less than 24 hours to get the funds. So far so good. :thumbsup
