How does our API work?

Member Flow:

1) Your member clicks a button on your site to initiate a conversation with one of your models/operators
2) Our system returns over API a unique URL to share with the member - This can be delivered however you wish, including by SMS

Once clicked, the member begins a new conversation in WhatsApp on their mobile device with your performer/operator.

The conversation is created in a brandable WhatsApp group - Giving you control over how your conversations are displayed to both of your user types.
As a result; both numbers remain private – Keeping the identity of your users protected and secure.

Performer/Operator Flow:

1) Once the member has initiated the chat request, we return a 2nd unique URL for the performer

The connection is now established between both your operator and member. They may begin exchanging messages in a pay-per-message environment. You or your operators can set separate pricing for text, photo or video messaging.

Each time a message is sent, you respond via API if the member still has funds remaining. If not, we interrupt the conversation. You can also insert messages into the conversation i.e., advising your member that their balance is low and that they should top up to avoid interruption. You have additional settings as well to blacklist specific words or phrases. All messages can be audited for quality and security - including media sent.

chargeDM SaaS (whitelabel)

With our SaaS / Whitelabel solution, you would have the API + a fully functioning website. This includes a backend with reporting to allow you to manage member credits and performer payouts (finance), etc.

With both our API or SaaS solutions, chargeDM does not require any access to your database, users or money flow. We simply invoice you at the end of each month based on your usage.
