Anyone having problems with Paxum withdrawal?
So my bank uses an intermediary bank to transfer funds from Paxum to my local bank but since Nov 11th i can't withdraw via wire transfer it gets bounced back to Paxum i tried two times lost $100 in the process, the error i get on Paxum is ''Beneficiary bank unable to apply''
I already contacted support for this requesting wire proof which is taking forever to get a reply from them, they told me they would charge me 15GPP for wire proof which i agreed but still no response nothing, i know at least one other person with the same problem. The one rejecting the funds is the intermediary bank not my local bank cuz it doesn't even go through i guess there's missing info i don't know this is a pain in the ass. Something worth noting is that the old interface at Paxum had more fields to enter all the appropriate info regarding the intermediary bank but now there's only 2 fields in the new interface SWIFT and Bank account number. I already posted all this but i'm new to this forum and i don't know how often Paxum staff comes here so i would appreciate some feedback.
