That's not true.

Things were amazing before smartphones and after the internet, when all we had was computers - desktops and laptops.

When it was time to do something online, whether work or fun, we would sit down and do it.

Then, we would leave the online world behind and live the REAL life.

We were present. Connected with people. REAL people.

When we were taking a shit... it was only us. It was a close relationship... until the very end.

Boy, it felt so god. Not the act, of course, but the moment alone. Without knowing anything new for a few minutes. No way to let information ruin the moment.

The only bad thing was the speeds.

The speeds were painful.

Then the speeds started to increase, making possible to stream video!

We jerked off a lot and before the next one, the shitty smartphones arrived and ruined everyone.

It's not the smartphones to blame, though.

It's we - the SHEEPLE.

Most of us are weak. We can't resist sexy gossip at our fingertips. And cats.

So we drain ourselves by being always connected, and now our attention span is dead.

Not me.

I'm married with a desktop computer.

Yes, I have the dumbphone, but in there you won't find any social apps.

I don't do any work in there. Can't type properly. I have huge fingers, you know.

I do agree though smartphones are the worst thing to happen to people. I have a Samsung S9 but I hardly ever have it in my hand. I don't have social media on my phone.
