owncloud is easy to setup and works great!
Early releases weren't that stable and I had smaller issues, but I haven't had any problems for more than 2 years now.

Yes we use it internally for our team, has been working perfectly for years.

Owncloud was all but stable. With each new update, the frontend got corrupted, so it was virtually impossible to have an up to date system. I was trying to use it for a few months, but eventually quit. Nextcloud was the same, so just decided to go with a commercial solution instead.

I have been usung Nextcloud for years with no problem.

Digging Nextcloud. It is pretty smooth.
