Hi Nikki. You can use 10, 15 or 30 seconds of music without copyright obligation, depending on what they specify.

Owners of intellectual property have rights. Why do you complain about your content appearing on illegal tubes, but think it's acceptable for you to use someone else's music without permission for your for-profit endeavors?

i heard not...

from our non profit youtube adverts, we had a graphic designer put a trailer end together, text saying GspotProductions & like a thudding end...

we were asked by a company to remove the thudding, as they designed it...

until i speak with our designer, i canīt agree or disagree, so itīs on hold :2 cents:
