Is it legal in the Czech Republic to run adult website without AVS
and to get a business license, tax advisor and bank account for that?

It is very much legal, BUT PC is also starting in Czech Republic. So do NOT name your company with any sort of porny name... Your domain ( unless "clean") should be different then your bank acct. or license name.:2 cents:

"Zivnost" does not allow you to have a business with payment processing where DPH is charged and refunded. Only s.r.o. does. I believe that OP was looking for that?

You can be self-employed (OSVC) and still be a DPH payer. I did this for 5 years.

our banks always knew what we did and never had a problem with that
