Just train your dog.

I just got ourselves a very young German Shepard puppy. It's too young to bring outside for walks, but I am already training him. So far he plays fetch and sits. We also have him working on peeing on the puppy pads, and I am trying to get him to pee outside more. It's a process and you have to put time and effort into it - and do it when they are young.

If a dog is too young to walk outside I would suggest it is too young to be away from its mother.

This isn't even remotely correct. It is generally accepted that a pup can go to their new home at 8 weeks old. I picked up my boy in April and couldn't take him out for a few weeks till his shots kicked in. He was 10 weeks when I picked him up.

...and, I do not hate pit bulls any more then poisonous reptiles, chickens with a bird flu lor Corona virus for that matter.
