Onlyfans supports deep-linking. You can add your tracker to the end of any onlyfans link.

For example:

TRAPRAPUNZEL – OnlyFans Models

I asked them about this in August last year and this was their reply:

Yes they show up there. But you don't get a cut of what your referral spends, you get a cut of what your referral earns. So you want to target earners, not surfers. Use successful models pages with your tracker attached to motivate more potential Instagram thots into existence and such is the game with this one. Micro suitcase pimping. Get your stable together.

I contacted only fans and this is what they replied:
