Rousing News From Paxum As External Visa Withdrawal Returns!
 

Paxum has announced the reintroduction of Withdraw to External Visa Card as an available withdrawal option inside the Paxum account interface. In addition, five new countries have been added to the Withdraw to External MasterCard option; Argentina; Hong Kong; India; Indonesia and Malaysia.


Withdraw to External Visa has also been expanded to include availability for clients in Canada, Israel, Japan and Turkey, where withdrawal to external card has not previously been an option. Withdraw to External Mastercard will become available for these countries in the next few days as well.

While Withdraw to External MasterCard is usually instant, it is important to note the Withdraw to External Visa option typically takes 1-3 business days to complete. The fee is the same for both External Visa and External Mastercard withdrawal; $6 USD per transfer plus 3% of the transaction.

Verified Paxum clients can initiate a withdrawal at any time from inside the Paxum APP (available for download to both iOs and Android devices) or when logged into the Paxum account interface on any secure browser.

The reintroduction of Withdraw to External Visa is the first chapter in a series of planned updates from Paxum throughout 2020. With every change Paxum strives to improve their already versatile, secure, and user-friendly payment platform to continue to serve the diverse payment needs of their clients.

On my account i see a new Paxum card and it says: Order additional prepaid card

Would it be possible that we can get a ATM card again after almost a year?

Edit: Just found out that the use of the UnionPay card that Paxum offers is almost not usable in The Netherlands, so what can we do with that card here? NOTHING!

Ordered a card and waited for 6 months and never came. Ordered express and paid about $200, waited months and when it did come worked for a few weeks then never worked again.

Going to set up this card for free? Because I don't trust you can execute what you promise!

When we started with Paxum we got a temporary card and have used this until the problems started with the cardprovider.

In october 2018 we ordered the new card and on Paxum it says that it was submitted on 24 october 2018, we also never got this card....

Now they are offering the UnionPay card, that what i see you cant't use in a lot of countries, so i don't know what they are doing, i would say, just provide us with a Master or Visa card.

The new webinterface is also not good working again, tried to make a banktransfer and that did't work, so i made a ticket about that and that also didn't work.
So i switched back to the old interface and there i could make the banktransfer.

More then a half year ago i had a discussion with Paxum and the cardprovider why the card was not working anymore, and they both blame the other that it was their problem, so an endless discussion with nothing comming out.

same amount here , but i waited 10 months and worked for weeks . Unionpay card are in pending list since last year .

this news is not about a card , just withdrawals to visa card is available again . of course don't order with paxum they are working on their own cards which will not take less than 2-4 years , it's waste of time and money .
