So I opened my own clips store for my content, and cause I own the content and it's my merchant account, I can keep my prices pretty low. Thought that might help, but nope. Site isn't doing anywhere where I thought it would be by now. Any ideas?

Hey your site looks awesome!! Weird it's not doing well....how are you getting your traffic? The site is great so maybe your prices are too low? Remember you never want to devalue your content. If you price it at $0.99 then a potential buyer may think it's not worth much since it's so cheap.

But I'd say it's probably a traffic issue at this point since the site itself looks great. Getting any Google love?

Just tried to put the first description (banana) into google, got the 17 min video in HD for free at xhamster .
Then there is the profile with hours more from the same model, free.
Even in your description at the 2nd line you mention pornhub, it's there as well, 17min HD, free.
Why pay?

For a easy traffic idea I'd say open little satellite shops at the clip stores that already have a ton of traffic like manyvids, iwantclips, clips4sale, onlyfans, etc and funnel them in. You can promote your stuff on a bunch of NSFW subreddits too.

It's the promo clip -- censored pop, abbreviated BTS. And links back to my pay site.

I do have a MV as well as a C4S; "funnel in" how? I'm curious...

Are you allowed to promote (ie watermark your videos with your paysite) on manyvids, iwantclips and Clips4sale?

The site looks great - My only complaint is that the 'Select Options' buttons don't align - That's just my OCD kicking in though!..

If any of the talent has an Onlyfans, Fancentro, ModelCentro etc fan base you could target them by using their name on social media and even on your site, you might pick up some her fans via SEO/SERPS - You should probably ask the model first though.....

If any of the content is exclusive then you could post on twitter something like "Do you love Jane Doe? - Exclusive gagging video only available here" - That sort of thing - Also those surfers are used to one off micro-payments...

That's actually a good idea for any of you guys with exclusive content - Especially if you have kept it off the tubes.....

Why is everyone saying this?

Some good content, but:

- The site looks like a blog, not a clip store.
- There's too much white space in the center content area.
- the video titles on the homepage and options take up a third of the space
- thumbnails for categories take up a third of the page

Design Changes:
- You're a clip store. A user landing on the homepage should see a wall of thumbnails of the content.
- keep the content headers/titles smaller. emphasis on the images
- make the wall of thumbnails a nearly endless scroll (again, show abundance of content)
- remove the thumbnails for the categories. Put them as just text on the side, or in a separate menu or page
- enlarge the search box to take up full width. Emphasize the search. Your tagline, "fuck memberships", emphasizes a feature of paysites that many users may not consider a disadvantage. You should instead focus on your advantage. For example, "find your perfect porn video. Only pay one price. Keep forever". Then go into detail about this advantage halfway down the page after a few rows of thumbnails. Remove the carousel
- make a section listing models

TRAFFIC:
- post shorter sample to tubes, and pre-post/roll all clips with a quick 15 second promo of your store
- clip stores thrive on two things: niches and girls.
- try to target an underserved niche and market there
- have your girls promote your clip store with regular pings on twitter and such

Damn that's a hell of a review. How much do you charge for reviews?

I could be wrong, but I'm not sold on the business model--a clip store with traditional-style pornstar porn.

You need whales, right? and those aren't so difficult to find on iwantclips/clips4sale/etc where the content is very unique/unusual and hard to find elsewhere and users get addicted to specific studios.

But why would a whale spend big $$ on pornstar porn when he can spend $30 on 1 month of brazzers and download enough content similar to yours to last a lifetime.

It's just a tough sell.

What is confusing it the tag line you're using.

Fuck memberships, ok so to me as Joe blow the surfer that would mean that it's free! Nice!!! Oh wait, I have to pay for clips? What? Regular pornstar clips? Meh, back to Pornhub....

clip sales have really increased in the last few years cause people don't want to buy memberships but might be willing to buy single clips of what they want to see.

The post that gave you a ton of advice was very good advice. Esp, where he said, have the girl post to their social media accounts. They have the fanbase.

Yeah you're right, people don't want to buy memberships because they're worried about whether it might be next-to-impossible to cancel their subscription. (it usually is.)

OP could definitely get some good sales from people who want premium HD content but don't want to subscribe to a site like brazzers where once you give them your CC number they're gonna make it damn near impossible to unsubscribe.

OP, perhaps this is an angle/value-proposition that you could push hard--instead of "fuck memberships", maybe try to communicate: "worried about rebills? scared your membership will be impossible to cancel? Buy cheap premium HD clips here!". (But find a better more succinct way to say it :))

Still, I think it'll be hard for OP to find whales.
