Looking for Mainstream HTML Website Template Suggestions

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a template for a new mainstream project.

I want it to be simple. Simple navigation across the top, informational throughout the body (images, text), responsive and clean.

I looked through themeforest and a few other sites and they all offer templates with "flash." Image sliders, large images at the top so that you have to scroll down to get to the content, big logos, etc... I feel like I'm walking down the Vegas strip every time I look at one of the demos.

I'm looking for simple, lightweight and easy navigation.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Most of them are pretty easily modifiable. Do you have any examples of what you're looking for?

If you do a search for free ones, you will find cleaner, less cluttered templates.

and they're free!

Thanks for both replies.

That montia landing page isn't bad.

I also searched for a few free ones and they're better than the paid ones! Here I am wanting to give someone money for a quality product and find that the best ones are free.

Thanks again.
