Well I'm not going to debate this because I'm in the habit of asking women (of any age) about their periods or menopause.
But what I do know...
In the early 60s I knew a woman that got pregnant at the age of 61.
Plus it seems to me that most of the people that were born prior to WW2 (or close to it) seem to be a hell of a lot healthier and physically and emotionally stronger than the people of today.
My conclusion is that I don't think a woman that's almost 70 and still menstruating is as rare as it seems.
