Serious question. Not being funny towards spunky or anything like that, but what would be the actual benefit for anyone buying the nic?

Sure it has a huge postcount, but if program XYZ bought it and 'spunky' suddenly started singing the praises of XYZ people would just think that spunky had a new sig / sponsorship deal.

Likewise if the XYZ program changed the nic, to 'XYZ' everyone would know that the nic didn't just 'appear' and have a huge postcount?
