URGENT: Information about your ePayments account
We write to inform you that in accordance with paragraph 12.1 (j) of our standard terms and conditions, we have unfortunately taken the hard decision to suspend activity on customer accounts, effective from today. During the course of this suspension customers will be unable to transfer, deal, withdraw or deposit funds and will be unable to use their ePayments cards.
WHATTTTTTTTT!!! https://www.epayments.com/ how can I take out my money??? |
The details of this situation are complicated because there are fundz in motion.
|
During this improvement process, we want to assure customers that their funds are being safeguarded as normal.
|
Yeah, pretty shitty. Based on all of the chatter I am seeing I think the funds are completely frozen at the minute unfortunately. Thankfully I dodged this bullet since they made account setup so complicated for me. ePassport all over again?
Good luck to those affected. |
It's looking more and more like we will be needing a Bitcoin solution soon.
|
That's $2.37 I won't be seeing again - Sorry guys if you have lost more...
|
That is a bullet I proudly dodged . . .

bump bump yes I want to transfer my epayments money to bitcoins
|
Lucky for me, my account never got approved because of a blurry billing statement.
:) |
As they seem to be under the authority of the FSA UK I am sure that all client funds have to be held in separate accounts from the business accounts - So the money should still be there - The authority should disperse that money back to the clients, I assume after they have worked out where it came from!..
The FSA are actually pretty good and on the consumers side - All UK bank accounts are covered by a ~$100,000 guarantee - These guys are not a bank of course, it just demonstrates my point..... |
