I DONT host any video just photos.

Do you own the copyright or licensing for the videos you are uploading to other sites before embedding?

Instead of promoting PH, YP, etc., you could promote legitimate sponsors who actually own the rights to the content that you would be using. In that case, you won't have copyright problems. Most of the larger sponsors offer embeds to affiliates.

OP's original post mentioned PH and YP as examples, so the answer is no.
