I had forgotten, I do in fact know a millionaire... the guy that I rented from in Cornell and Malibu.... I had read online that he had 100 million dollars...

you didn't really see it though, or at least I didn't.... I was told he had 5-6 ferraris at his house, he wanted a gun so he bought a 2-3 caes of guns, his condo on the vegas strip is 3 floors... stuff like that.....

he used BMW suv's for the crew, one day he decided to go with dodge trucks, big ass dodge trucks. so next day everybody was driving a dodge truck and all the BMW's suv's were parked in Malibu on on the hill where i was living.

he owns a few neighborhoods in NY someplace, about 250 condos in puerto vallarta stuff like that..... a few houses on mulholland hwy where I was living... he had 2 houses on about 13 acres where I was, one burned down. where in was living is fine. and a bunch houses in other places. i think he said he as over 100 acres between the 101 and the beach in LA.

his manin income was from microwave relay stations. he has 22 mountain top locations for relaying micro waves across the mountains as microwave is 'line of sight' if you want to view a TV station from LA the signal needs to be relayed across the mountains, same with cell phones. my internet came from him, microwave @ 400/400.. pretty lucrative I guess.... AND he owns the frequencies that cellular companies use for service and they MUST lease them from him...

I had heard 800K per week in rental fees.... I do know that he is in the longest running lawsuit with the FCC, 10 plus years... cell providers have congressmen and such and do not like renting, hence they are trying to take them away... he laughed and told me he didn't mind just a business expense.

I know a billionaire. Wouldn't know by looking at him. He gave me a phone.

I've known four millionaires over the years - that I know of.

I know many, , they made it big back in the days in properties. Some own prime real estate on the beaches..

Aside from just regular socializing and business, probably three quarters of my friends in LA who own their home are millionaires in property alone. They might be modest non-baller homes, but location location location.

Most were just obvious - I knew their business and assets.

When it comes down to it - a million ain't impressive these days like it was a few decades ago. I can sell my house anytime for more than half a mil...and my financial portfolio would take me well over a million.

Dependin' on where you live - a million is just barely a fair bit of money...or just enough to keep you afloat for awhile.

I'd say 50% of my social circle where I live are millionaires easily. I'm probably technically one or very close to it, but haven't done the math.

Yes. My dad, for starters. He closed on his stake in his main business just yesterday for another few million. You'd never know if it you met him.

surprisingly, but most millionaires I know look like usual people. One even uses very simple Samsung, not latest iphone haha
