Chaturbate as well as Streamate/Cambuilder both have them as payment options. Very similar to First Choice Pay and Payoneer, same layout and such. Fee structure is equal too, not the fees in themselves but more so how they are presented and for what they charge.

Located in Isle of Man off of England and Ireland. Supports adult industry but their fees are high for cardholders. Site owner fees aren’t listed that I could find quickly.
