The speed limit is pretty crappy , thats only 45kph.. thats even slow for only driving around in the city..

ture but my average speed is no greater than this anyway considering the congestion...for european cities that have tons of traffic and no parking this is ideal...and @ 22$/month its great as a 3rd car or whatever...you really can not complain...
