After expenses (hosting and link purchases) the earnings last 12/mo were $85800. That makes the average monthly earnings last 12/mo $7150K.

The deal will be done with a broker. Taking offers of at least 25x monthly earnings.

25 times monthly earning seems way too high in adult, 10-12 months is a standard. Good luck anyway.
