I guess you have missed the key point what these PC prosecutors are unkowingly ( or better yet, stupidly) trying to prove that a woman: " Is not competent to enter into an enforecable agreement" ...Thus returning her back into medieval times ( or modern Muslim states) where she had to have a male guardian to execute her agreements and thus becoming no more then a chattel.
Andrea Dworkin tried this in the 70ties ( on behalf of Linda Lovelace who did not get royalties from her Deep Throat movie ) in the legislative assembly in Minnesota with the help of Catharine Mac Kinnon. Thank God that then liberal appeals court threw the law out. Nowdays it may stand....
...again war on porn starts with small steps, just like any discrimination.
