"That's beterrrrr" What movie is this from?

Racking my brain. Actor rolling the "R's" when saying the line. Should be a comedy..can't place it. Driving me crazy!

The same movie where the guy yells "No! Fuck no!"

I don't want to post any spoilers.

Fun Random fact as to why I said it was familiar then.

Back in 2004, 20 years after Andy Kaufman's death, my wife was booked by Bob Zmuda to attend an event with him. Bob was going as the Tony Clifton Character, and supposedly Andy was due to appear - alive - and say 'Surprise' as if his death had all been a great gag, 20 years in the making!

Naturally, Andy didn't show up (Spoiler alert - He's really dead :) ) but at the time, being completely unfamiliar as English people with Andy, 'Tony' & Bob, and their convoluted relationship, in order to prepare for her role (It was a bit more than just showing up as Tony Clifton was her 'Date' and she needed to act in character) we watched that Man on the Moon film about 5 times in a row to get the jist of what was supposed to be happening.

Pleased to report that she did a great job being in character on the night, and received a lot of publicity and a good paycheck ! As she said at the time, 'The most she's ever earnt, while keeping her clothes on and not fucking anybody' !
