Panic selling in crypto
 

BTC, BCH, ETH, EOS, LTC, XRP are all down 20-30% in the past 24 hours.

In the past hour, Bitcoin has slid from nearly $7375 to under $5730 before rebounding a bit to $6250. If it doesn't hold $6000, it's going back to $3200.

I heard that in times of danger people are going to hodl onto btc and invest into it.

Yea buy buy buy. When it goes down, buy even more. If you don't have any more cash, but you see it dropping even more, sell the house. If it drops even more, you take loans. But just buy! That's the answer. Then hodl. After you hodl, if you need food, you eat air but hodl and buy.

But when do you "invest 10%" ? 1 year a go? 1 month a go? 1 day a go? If you didn't invest it by now, means you don't have it and you're not an investor anyway.
If you invested it by now, you obviously don't have that "10%" no more.

that's the issue with all these prophets that "buy". They always buy when it's falling, but thing is, they always predict it would fall few days after we all know it has fallen, and then chime in with "buy".

That is what's so funny with these "buy" guys. None of them are investors. None of them buy, and certainly if they do, they don't buy for 10% of what they have.

Maybe. There is a lot of concern that BTC has not bounced up as a "bad times" equity. A lot of the public will be looking at GLD.

You should probably get yourself some knowledge if you are going to spout off on what others do. Here's a piece of knowledge you can have for free. Dollar cost averaging. Google that and try to figure out what it means. I personally have never stopped buying whether it's high or low.

it does look like LINK is at the bottom. its bouncing up and down on $2. i had a nice payday on that one. it will bounce back to the $4 range. my random guess lol

Bitcoin's price drop has way less to do with the virus shit than you think. More about scammers that stole a fortune in Bitcoin are using the chaos to cash out and driving the price down. But the GFY experts are here so I'm sure they will weigh in with informed opinions. Meanwhile an excellent opportunity to buy is here. Or don't.

700 million $ worth of longs was liquidated on bitmex 2 days ago...I do not know about today...oh man what a payday for them...

edit: more than a billion $ worth of longs was liquidated today/yesterday...they apparently closed bitmex this morning my time...when they opened again the price was already pumped up on other exchanges...so almost 2 billion in 2 days liquidated...nice...

by a chinese ponzi scheme no less lol. i guess they're feeling the economic squeeze from the virus..
