Simple Hosting + Wordpress
 

A friend of mine wants to start a project and needs simple hosting with wordpress... What's the best option for this?

I will be a small blog that will get 1k hits a month - if that - needs a theme and perhaps a few standard Wordpress plugins.

I just can't throw it on my server with my adult sites. Also, no need to pay $40/month for hosting when they can pay $9 at Godaddy.
