With all the crap people put on their hands these days, I'm reminded of people that used too much cheap sun tan lotion and now are allergic to Palm oil. Palm oil is in everything!
Don't use the antibiotic antimicrobial stuff, you are better with hot water and regular soap.
You don't want this fucking with your immune system!

Hand sanitizer is not supposed to be a replacement for hand washing - it's not as effective for starters - but an option when one is unable to properly wash their hands.
