That isn't something I've heard of, or is promoted in the UK. But fitbit is great because now that its owned by google, it means that you can ensure that google knows even more about you than they do already...

That's great, I think you should get it. Or just get this: whoop.com

Seems a bit pointless at the moment - I can count to 20 steps myself...

I have a FitBit Charge 2 on which the LCD display stopped working a fews ago, which is unfortunate as I like the slim rectangular design. Not sure if I'll get a new one or get an Apple Watch.

i am looking for something which has same features as iwatch 4 (ECG, Afib, HRV) and works with android phone.

so i can rest assured , i will get notification of heart attack followed by actual heart attack.

The only 'No' from me, is that the whoop thing doesn't have a display. I use my fitbit a lot as a watch. I dont wanna have to get my phone out all the time, nor wear both a watch and a tracker. I like the slim unobtrusive fitbit strap and display. I don't like the fitbit versa cause its too watch like.

I used to always get the latest fitness watch, usually Suuntos. After I bought the whoop strap I realized how I don't need the fitness watch, I can wear my regular watches again.. and I love that I don't need to worry about setting something up before I go workout.

It has zero step tracking, but really, who cares about that? I care about measuring my sleep, my HRV, RHR and calories burned during workouts (it auto detects this and you can set it via the app).

I have the fitbit charge 3 and very happy with it.
It is overpriced compared to other products though...

It does less than the HUAWEI Honor Band 5 from 2019, that's a quarter the price.

Band 5 is great for monitoring sleep, has blood oxygen detection and call tell you all about your sleeping habits especially breathing habits.

Is the $30 per month subscription fee of Whoop worth it?

I just prepaid the longest period (18 months?) and deducted it in the company. I find it is. It gives me all sorts of insights that I find useful.
