Man you're really asking alot for a little, no offense but 33k karma is not something which is very hard to earn or a big deal, you should know the right way only.
1. I understand you can create subreddits (even 30 days old account can do say with karma under 1k) but how you can get thousands of followers in short time?
2. This is wrong, the limit never goes away even when you earn karma above 500k. When we post something in a new subreddit then to post in any new subreddit again we have to wait for 10 minutes or so. Once you gain karma in the first subreddit in which you posted then you can instantly post on that subreddit and on any other new subreddit without waiting for 10 minutes. So it goes like you post in a subreddit and if you earn karma then the limit goes away only for that particular subreddit, not for all.
3. There is no limit to join an subreddit, even a 1 karma account can join any subreddit but yes there are limit on posting.

I think you didn't exactly read the topic! Account is 9 years old and if you are familiar to using Reddit, then you should know how to get thousands of followers ;) I won't describe how to use Reddit here. Thanks.
