Breaking News! Model Owns the Internet with DMCA

A model filed a DMCA notice against no less than 562 URLs among which the very cam sites she is still active on and signed an agreement when participating to their program. To name but a few: chaturbate, camsoda, livejasmin, xlove, stripchat ...

She hasn't forgotten webmasters, who merely use promotools to send traffic towards her and in no way infringe her rights.

Everyone gets hit.

One thing though, she totally forgot to file a DMCA against Google.com !! Maybe it's coming soon. :upsidedow

Just like many, she does not want to be ripped off by pirates and wants to protect her rights. Is that a surprise ? :2 cents:

She is a chaturbate model who reported her chaturbate URL.

She can receive traffic from chaturbate internal traffic, but she obviously does not want external traffic of any kind.

DMCA (Copyright) Complaint to Google

AmeliaG 04-22-2020 04:14 PM

Wow, even for typical misunderstanding of DMCA, that is next level incorrect usage.

Its very specific. she wants all those domains down.

Will Chaturbate try and explain this to her and how it works?

My guess is that the bunch of sponsors that are targeted won't do anything. It's not damaging to them to lose a little bit of SEO which is the consequence of the notices (de-indexing of pages), they have affiliates to push traffic to them and serve as buffers when it comes to dmca notices.

She is on Chaturbate right now. I wish I could ask her a question.

_Richard_ 04-24-2020 12:54 AM

again?

and yet still live on chaturbate and still with a setting that allows this promotion

Paul Markham 04-24-2020 02:55 AM

I hope she has very deep pockets as the live cam companies stall and delay her.

Shoplifter 04-30-2020 03:04 PM

Just got another one from a different model reporting her own Chaturbate URL

Kirstendanston - https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/20222400

Someone must be doing this for the performers, there are a few with the same template it seems

Is Chaturbate responding to anyone about this?

Paul Markham 05-01-2020 05:40 AM

I watched 1 film, the top one of Rita Orasse.

It's a pro-shot film she probably doesn't own the copyright on so unless the DMCAcomes from the company that does own the copyright. This is bullshit.

Markul 05-01-2020 05:47 AM

This guy seems to send out DMCA for Chaturbate models that clearly don't understand how it works.

I reported this to chaturbate, they made no mention of their action, they just told me to feel free to file a counter notice :)
Remember it is not just chaturbate, she filed dozens of URLs against other sponsors (her own chatroom).

My guess is sponsors don't give a rat's ass about DMCA notices. Unlike webmasters, it's not going to affect their business. After all, they have affiliates to push traffic to them.

For us webmasters it is a problem. We are the ones working the SEO and we don't make as much $$.

I don't feel like filing counter notices because it requires you give your real identity. So on one hand you have someone using a stage name with total power to action dmca notices and on the other you have a webmaster who must provide his details..

Interesting, did you see the pricing? https://cammodelprotection.com/pricing/

I'd be interested to ask him what he does when a URL is not DMCA material (like a webmaster using promotools or a sponsor chatroom)

I wonder if there is a service to help webmasters filing counter notices. Any lawyers here?

Here are the DMCA laws, read them.

https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf

https://www.copyrighted.com/blog/dmca-guide

It's designed for copyright holders to protect their work. It's not for models, webmasters or even sites unless the creator of the material signs over copyright. In many cases, they do not or don't specifically sign it over.

It's a law that only applies if the server is in the US.

If the DMCA is ignored the next step in law is to sue the person infringing the copyright and the Host.

In reality, the Host will help you but only if you can prove you are or you're working on behalf of the copyright holder.

A DMCA needs to list actuals URLs where the infringing material is hosted.

Because the danger of sending out something like this is the sender, model, the webmaster can be countered sued.

this guy also files claims with incorrect sources "stolen from onlyfans' etc etc

I am thinking there is a scam going on here

PornDude 05-02-2020 06:58 AM

DMCA it's a tool many models don't know how to use. It's nothing new.

PornDiscounts-V 05-03-2020 04:35 AM

No!

We didn't make the list!

Models are dumber than all fuck. We push tons of traffic and signups that convert into paying customers. But models are stupid and ask us to stop stealing their content. Just dumber than rocks.

No. She did this because she is brain dead and has no business acumen.

Goethe 05-03-2020 06:36 AM

^I doubt it had anything to do with the model. They pay for “protection” based on the number of DMCA sent on their behalf. What’s that Eric Cantona quote... “when the seagulls follow the trawler...”
