StripChat : stats disapearing
 

Hey,

So i bought some traffic and sending it to a link list, which top links are going to Stripchat.

First day of promotion, all goes well, clicks are counted, not sending huge amount but like 50-60 clicks the first day, all good.

Then last night, day 2, i check stats and i realized that all stats are gone...

I removed them to get to the bottom of it.

All other programs (mostly NATS, paperstreet, payserve, etc) are all correctly counting clicks and sales. Just StripChat is showing me absolutely no click. I KNOW i'm sending clicks, probably not huge amount but they have the top spot so they ARE receiving clicks.

Anyone experience something similar with them ?
Have i simply been put on a blacklist or something ?

I asked my account manager but she simply say she does not see any traffic on my account. That was so helpful thank you :1orglaugh

I have also had an issue where I had not got rebills past 2 days, not sure if its an error or not

As I understand, stats by Clicks were removed from showing by default to avoid overload, it's a temporarily thing. You still can see your clicks if you add a mark at "Include traffic information" when you request the stats.

My stats just didn't updated yet. Last day was the 30th April. If you talk only about the 1st May it will be maybe shown soon.

Did you ask your account manager?

it looks like clicks are not being shown for some reason however sign-ups and sales are being tracked...
