Repeat uploader on tubes?
There is a guy who keeps uploading our content on a popular tube site which we keep sending DMCA notices. The content gets taken down via the DMCA but he is a repeat uploader who gets is accound killed, or kills it himself only to create a new account and the cycle then continues.
Is there anything other than just sending DMCA notices that can be done. |
It's likely not a guy, it's the tube. In admin area of tube scripts you can add user accounts and batch upload content.
So it looks for people outside as if a random user would upload it, so the tube can say it isnt us who steal your content, it's the users and we cant do anything against this.... |

The other option is to befriend him and entice him into some sort of cooperation, then if he lives in any civilized location, go to his house and beat a shirt out of him. :thumbsup |

What is your tubes?
Some sponsors have 3d party idiots company who send DMCA at legal content :) |
If its always on the same tube, contact them directly. Make friends with them so you can simply email them the links and they take them down. rather than the whole DMCA route.
then try the guy the same way. Make him an affiliate or hire him to only load what you give him. Otherwise get an attorney and start gathering the info on him and crucify him. |
