It has been this way for a while in my experience. I maybe get 5-10% of the people I buy from leaving feeback on my profile. I always pay immediately also.

That's what i mean. If i'm buying i pay immediately. So fine.


If i'm selling, if it's early enough in the day to catch the post at time of sale, i will post it on the day. And always packaged to fuck.


I can leave them a feedback saying "instant payment thanks" etc.

Last time when i used it, i really wanted to leave feedback but was not able to find where to do it so had to give up.

since they changed feedback so you cant leave buyers negative its kind of pointless.

Kinda true. Ridiculous move by ebay. I have been fucked about with buyers before yet no negative feedback possible.

Yet one buyer I sold to claimed I sold him a fake product and was able to leave me negative feedback. Even though I sent proof it was 100% genuine.

Been awhile since i have bought anything on Ebay. Last time I did it was just drop shipped out of Amazon.

Yeah, buying something off eBay must feel retro.

Haven't used ebay in a while but did just buy 4 things in the last two weeks including new hair clippers. None of the 4 have left feedback, yet anyway. :2 cents:

I do it all the time. Once the package is here, I check it and take action immediately.. If the product is damaged or not as specified, I simply contact the seller before leaving a negative feedback... I think it's a part of the whole ebay game, so it's pretty normal for me..

Interesting read here. With a seasoned account, I sold a Canon C300 camera on there, they bought it but then returned it because they said the outer part of the lens had a scratch, which I clearly stated in the defects. They clearly just used it to take nice pics.. :1orglaugh

Yes, I notice that also. They're robots, they only read what they want to, and/or what their friends do..They follow popular trends, so relate to what's popular right now.. :2 cents: :pimp

I would say that every second buyer gives a feedback. And if you already have a few hundred positive feedbacks it is not so important anymore. People don´t care if you have 500 or 1000 positive feedbacks.

Yup. "Liking" some bullshit on facebook is 95% of the time just to get noticed and feel part of the group when really what you are "liking" is usually some pointless bullshit.

Leaving a quick feedback message on eBay doesnt attract attention so people clearly now simply can't be fucked. Even if they have just got a bargain and quick delivery etc but yeah leaving a single comment to say thanks and add to feedback rating is too much to ask.

This. When everybody hustled to avoid negative feedback, feedback was IMPORTANT. After the second time eBay stopped me from leaving negative feedback, I stopped giving a shit, because the system was meaningless.
