Hundreds of tube sites with trademarked names
 

When I search for porn, I see hundreds of tube sites with trademarked names in its domains and on strange extensions.

For example, "bigtubesite".desi, "bigtube.monster", "onebigtubesecondbigtube.co" etc.

How is this possible? Why big tubes allow this? These sites have thousand hundreds visitors monthly and rank pretty well.

There's was a new Google update recently and it picked those up..
They're probably using some else's API. I wouldn't know without comparing but then again, I rather not waste my time with those..
