So, I have received this email requesting a new proof of identity....

on my account there is nothing asking for new docs, everything is Ok there (Identity Confirmed is green there)... So, once again, I contacted the support and they said to send directly to [email protected], which I think weird....

Has anyone here already sent documents directly to their email?

Did old ID expired ?

I had a thing a few months ago where they wanted a picture of my bank account statement that showed my address, no older than 3 months.

(Not the balance, just the details they already had on file)

I took a snap with my phone, uploaded via site and next day all was good.

Didn't want it direct to paxum email though. Have you checked email is actually from Paxum, as you say in your account all was fine? You may find that it appears to be sent from paxum (Spoofed) but if you reply to the email it actually goes elsewhere?

They need a new ID from me (the old one is expiring soon) to be uploaded:
You need to login to your account and upload new valid document(s) before expiration date

But on my account everything is fine... is not asking to upload any doc... and support said to send it directly to paxum email, I never had send any ID or doc via email... I dont think it is safe at all

The email was from [email protected] and support asked to send to [email protected]

I will not send shit to any email anyway... I always had upload my ID or any requested doc on their site, and not on email accounts

Hmm, i having same situation with revolut. When asked, they said how regulatory agency is asking them to do occasional ID re-checks. But again , i also have skrill account where i never needed to re-verify after initial verification which was ages ago.

Contact ruth or chris because it's weird they asked you to send to their email instead of to load it directly into your account. :2 cents:

I did resubmit some ID's and proof of residence last month.
It also has a face verification capture.. lol.
Been a paxum user since 2011 and that doesn't help. You need to comply.

I will comply everything ofc, I just don’t wanna send emails with my ID or any of my docs... I don't feel safe doing that

Please feel free to open a support ticket inside your Paxum account and attach the requested documents to the ticket. I recommend you copy/paste the contents of the email you received into the same ticket so that the documents can be easily connected to the email request.

Paxum is a JOKE...
I did sent my docs in may to avoid any interruption.... and today my account is limited and it requires again to send same docs plus a picture of myself...

i had the same problems it toke me more then a month to get in normal.

I do not use them now since they do not issue ATM cards for my Country.

Just put in a couple of sponsors there. Nothing to worry about that because they know every single one of them.
Just put Affiliate Payment for "SponsorName"
