I have started Tube Site [ Multi Niche ] 2 Months back will appreciate your suggestions on how to grow and from which platform i can earn good amount of money i have traffic from Mainly India and for ads i am using Traffic stars & have around 4k Visitors on daily basis as of now

Take care of your content providers. Look at the big boys, all of them are now offering premium areas, ad share or other opportunities for content providers to make a larger cut. Tubes are a dime a dozen and I pull my content from and aggressively DMCA tubes that aren't sharing the pie more than they were. It is a good model if you remember the most important part.
