Two Officers chosen to do a 'Random Drug Test' just happen to shave every single hair off of their bodies, making the tests impoosible... Hmmmm....

Of course, they are still with the force, breaking down doors and arresting other people who are enjoying some mood altering entertainment in the privacy of their own homes...
