I have magical pants... I put them on 'empty' and before long they become 'heavy pants'...
Perhaps those guys all duked their trollies, and the weight caused them to sag... ?
Back when I was in jail, we had a new guy, who was black, who used to wear his prision issued pants like that. He thought he was being really clever and tough, cause when the guards pulled him up on it, hed pull them up, then in a few moments, back down again...
One f the other inmates told him that he didnt know what it meant on the outside, but on the inside, it meant he was advertising his ass, as availible, to be fucked by the gay inmates...
His pants stayed up from then on in !
