Whatever happened to KRL?

Forum veterans can probably recall KRL - a domain dude.

He encountered some hate a bit later on and disappeared.

Anyone know what happened to this baller who used to pull down $1000+ per month for sig rentals?

Doing quite well then.

Apparently, he was killing it in domains back in the day

Was he involved in men.com?

maxjohan 06-14-2020 08:10 AM

I believe KRL was Rick Schwartz. The domain king. He had some great advice and funny stories. One of the members I truly liked.

From what I remember he talked a big game but really didn't own anything.

And if I recall correctly some shit went down and he split.

Those were the (bluffing) days . . .

I thought he got exposed as a phony or a middle man for someone else and ran off angry when it was all found out.

This is what I remember also, something like he claimed to have bought men.com but then it turned out he was just representing the buyer or had a small ownership in the purchase. I can't remember the purchase price, but the development took forever and seemed to be a total flop.

Alright. I wasn't around when the drama unfolded, just heard about it years later. Didn't really know what it was about.
