Banners Or Links

I know this has been debated before. Yet, Who finds links work better than banners for CTR?

Ir depend on what are you trying to accomplish - for example, cloud of text links are excellent if you want send traffic to multiple sites/offers at once. Banner will have better CTR, but user will see only one site/offer.

Yeah I have in the past...Never saw one edging out the other..So just seeing if someone else seen different results
