Can you withdraw money from paxum to a bank account or external card in canada, everything is being rejected. have tried 4 cards from 4 different canadian banks. i am not up to date on things regarding paxum. Whats the deal?

Make sure the ATM supports UnionPay. This Chinese card does not work with every ATM.

I experienced rejected wire a couple of times.
Check your receiving/Beneficiary info if it has a :warning sign, you need to fix that first until it goes back to a green check mark.
Otherwise, some info is missing or wrong it will get rejected or returned.

You can resend it after it's fixed.

I haven't been trying with wire, originally i wanted a bank withdrawal, apparently canada isnt' even on the list, despite the company being canadian. i have been trying with external card and not a single one worked, despite using 4-5 banks. i tried reaching out to ruth but no response, no surprise. theres a reason i haven't used them in the past, the support is god awful. the whole process of doing anything, even registering to use them, is so long and dragged out because you need to contact them for so much and so much doesn't work as it should and their response rate being atrocious makes it a painful process.

Their address in montreal isn't a "head office" its a UPS office for receiving mail. That being said ruth provides good customer service and whenever there's an issue I would recommend reaching out to her.

Ryan, they are answering support. I have been affected with this fiasco since day 1.
Their tech ticket system usually takes a day or 2 to reply but I got response from Chris and Ruth. Btw, there was some Email issues with Ruth so it is not her fault.

Update: Day 3 in Germany and I'm still unable to withdraw a test amount of €700 in the ATM machines (tried multiple atm banks).
The last withdrawl I was able to do was on July 6th for €2k after that I tried about 5 times on July 8,9 and today still not working.
Btw, there are some "declining fees" each time an ATM transaction gets declined. I noticed this from the activity transactions, they are totally stupid because it is 100% not your fault, they aren't much but still......
I'll wait until the end of this week and if shit doesn't get solved I will transfer my funds back to Paxum for now its safer than leaving it in the MC WC. :2 cents:

Wirecard AG and Wirecard Bank AG in Germany has had serious fraud discovered. A sister company, Wirecard Solutions Ltd UK, in the UK, got stopped - as a security measure from the governing body FCA.

The FCA wanted to make sure that Wirecard Solutions Ltd UK had their accounts and books in order, to allow them to continue to operate. This is the company which has printed and are behind the Paxum Mastercards (not to be confused or mixed up with the Union Pay version).

I do not know but it could be a possibility that one or more of Paxum’s wire details, for incoming funds, were directly or indirectly linked/connected to the bank version, Wirecard Bank AG in Germany. Since it got shut down, it would seem reasonable there would be delays in wiring money into Paxum to pay out to affiliates. I do not know if this has any bearing but on Gammae’s case above, but it is a fair guess based on the events.

I just started using them because i needed to, so the amounts i've put in aren't enough to be dinged 50 dollars a withdrawal. i could let the money add up and then withdraw. but given the uncertainty with things not working as they should. i dont want to let it get to an amount where it makes sense to pay 50 dollar withdrawal fees

Has anyone received wire withdrawals to the UK recently from their Paxum account, I have been waiting on an $1800 wire for over 7 days now.

I have been using the same process/withdrawal template for the last 18 months no issues, it's never taken this long before.

No money in bank account and none on Paxum account - just gone MIA

Canadian clients can use Withdrawal to External Card, and we also support CAD wire withdrawal (with a $25 USD per transaction fee).

We are in direct communication with the finance department at Gamma and we believe the problem will be resolved shortly. The problem is not due to either Gamma or Paxum directly and we're confident it can be fixed.

Weird. I just did a wire 2 days ago, just checked, and it's on my bank account already.

Ok, maybe not UK, but still Europe wire transfer.

Thanks, yeah I saw the escalation reply earlier, just wondering if other people had issues as I've never had any before so it seemed strange.

Mine was sent on the 3rd July too, they resent yesterday and it's just arrived today so nice and quick, looks like it may have got stuck.

Why are you comparing Paypal to Paxum? Paypal works in non-adult space and thus has access to more banking partners. Try getting an account for adult related business and you will be surprised that sometimes no matter how much you are willing to pay, the bank will still not process it for you. So you if you think paypal is better, then go switch to them.

Yes , but considering is wirecard on a way to be shutdown, you cant really expect normal operations with it.

Probably, that's why I asked if people have any issues. Some said they are randomly unable to withdraw from ATMs or only low amount. I had some funds on the card, tried to withdraw from an ATM and pay online and it worked but I'm afraid to move bigger amount to the card now.
