I used to like the chemical brothers a lot and lately have been into the skrillex YT vids. He shares how he creates stuff which is interesting. I think skrillex invented that whole style which is really unique but got played out and boring real quick lol

I'm illiterate when it comes to electronic music, and I should know better since the hottest girls are into it.

I'm into the music, not really the DJ's. And not the bubblegum sort, mostly the electro-trap. A lot of electronic sounds cloned and lazy, but a lot of DJ's have hidden gems. Like this guy:
