I have done a search before on google for adult merchant accounts but they end up being a company in Turkey or something like that and want 1500 setup fee. Really iffy if you ask me.

I didn't have a problem with the 1500. The fact that all I knew about them was that they were listed in google and located in Turkey was the scary part. The client would have been charges the equivelant fee in Turkish currency so I am sure a lot of people would not recognize the charge on their credit card. I don't think netbilling handles accounts outside the US so there must be somebody else out there who fills this void that somebody know of?

I take back the part about netbilling not doing offshore, but they require that you maintain a minimum of 75,000 monthly. I doubt that many webmasters here do that amount of traffic.

NO reserve, no minimum earnings, low signup fee (way under $400). Adult no problem, great discount rate, no bullshit.

Indeed you need NetBilling.
Although they don't take the $750 visa requirement but the banks do except for offshore accounts. Unfortunately, they can only setup non US merchants doing over 40k per month right now

Thanks for the words...

We do setup mainstram merchant accounts in 24 hours and write those in-house. The app fee is $45 and no Netbilling setup fee if you mention GFY.

For adult/high-risk accounts, we work with several providers depending on your location and volume needs. Adult accounts realistically take about 4 weeks to get the paperwork done and to get it approved by Visa/Mastrercard and the bank. If you process domestically (withing the US), expect to pay about $1900 for the bank, and registration fees for Visa/Mastercard to get started. If you are going to process offshore, there is currently no registration fees, but you must have an EU corp and signer. The setup fee for the corp and signer is $1500. If you already have an EU corp, you will only pay $500 to the bank rep for setup.

For offshore, the minimum monthly volume requirement by the bank is 50k per month for adult and 10k for mainstream.
