I watched a history of Anna on the E channel tonight. She lost in Texas when she claimed half of the estate. In California in a separate case she was awarded 450 million but that was overturned on appeal and a new trial was ordered. In the new trial she was awarded 88 million but that was also appealed and that is where the show ended.

Does anyone know if the 88 million is still on appeal or did the appeals court allow the award to stand?

There was not any mention of 240 million at all in the show. She didn't get a dime in Texas, Marshal was awarded the entire estate. I know she eventually got paid, but I am not sure how much. In my opinion, she should have gotten whatever the old man put in his will.

That was the problem...she was not put in the will. She insisted that he promised her half of the estate...but had zero to prove that. No written documents and no witnesses to testify that the old man had ever told her that.

If the Califronia case is not still under appeal and if the award stood up on appeal then she ended up with 88 million.

I think J. Howard Marshall's son is appealing that 88 million dollar ruling.

There was no pre nup... and in Ca the award is at least 50%... so on her worst day... even if she gets screwed... she'll still be a multi millionaire. He had lots of money... the family would gladly give her 80 million just to fuck off.

The California court did not award 50%. The final trial she was awarded 88 million but Marshal appealed and the show ended that way, so the case may still be on appeal. That is what I am trying to find out...is it still on appeal or did the appeals court already rule and if so...did the award stand.

In Texas Marshal won and was awarded the entire estate. Nicole did not win a dime and in fact Anna was ordered by the court to pay over a half of million dollars.

The part that you're missing is the fact that although the latest court ruling gave her 88 mil it is once again under appeal and is still dragging on.
