I do not host the videos, I use the Youtube embed code. I also seek permission from content creators, unless the content is licensed under creative commons.

If you're using the embed codes from youtube then why why do you need to have these girls give you permission?

Legally, it's a grey area. Just to be on the safe side, I prefer to seek consent out of respect for content creators given that my site, although not explicit, is adult in nature.
