Paxum: Anyone missing their bank account from wire withdraw?
 
My Australian bank account has disappeared from the wire withdraw screen. Are there issues with Paxum wires again? Have asked Paxum, but posting here too. :error

i can see my bank infos but im still waiting my wire withdraw.. i requested on 17th july. My money is missing :(, i do not know what will i do.

Paxum's suggested solution is for me to enter the details again, even though the account already shows in settings. Unsure whether entering exact duplicate info is going to cause a problem.

And when I click on new bank account, the beneficiary name is prefilled with "asdsa asdsa"

I guess there's been some changes which haven't properly been tested... someone left a keyboard bash in the code...

contact @Ruth, that wire should have been returned. If not, that is a missing wire.

Yes, that was their solution. I now have two identical bank accounts in my profile, but zero showing in the wire withdrawal screen.

It's been working fine for a while. They've changed something which has broken it.

Ruth has always been very quick to respond to our inquiries. We use Paxum to pay models. I dont have experience in withdrawing funds from them though.

Paxum have acknowledged there was a problem which is now fixed. Unsure if it just affected my account, or it was more widespread.
