I feel that I have fully learnt to do parkour now, after less than 10 seconds of this amazing video.

You see the end result, in graphic detail, then a demonstration by one of the experts on how to poosition yourself to execute the move, all in under 10 seconds. Its basically changed my life.

I'm gonna go out and do parkour all down the walls where I live, all over town.
