ever hire an employee?
How did it work out?
Did they just stay long enough to learn all your secrets and suck your ideas out then leave you, or did it work out good? |
Yes. Its the one thing that drives me up the wall, trying to find good help is next to impossible. Best thing is to give them stock so they are a part of the biz. You'll get way more out of them that way and the odds of them thieving you are reduced.
Firing people is the worst. I hate doing that too. |
Either give them incentive to continue working for you or don't teach them everything you know.
I have a friend doing some work for me. She only helps out with one thing so she only knows one thing. There's no way she would even know how to ditch me. Keep it simple. You'll have to organize everything though, which can be a bitch, but you won't have to worry about turnover as much. |
From what I have learned you do this.
A: Don't tell them anything about the message boards. B: Always make it comission based. C: Just teach them what they need to know and that's it! College kids are the best bc. a few hundred their way and they love you for life. |
yes. i've had very good luck.
but i always hire people with zero experience, and mold them from there. |
